No. Parichute uses Stripe Connect, which allows Parichute to create and manage a dedicated Stripe account for your organization within the Parichute platform. This separate account is necessary so Parichute can securely process, track, and facilitate the disbursement of donations made through the platform. We will help you create your new Stripe Connect account during setup, and your existing bank account can still receive your Parichute funds, even if it is already connected to another Stripe account. Once your Parichute account is set up, donations processed through Parichute will be managed and disbursed through the Parichute platform, so you can manage your funds in one easy to use place.

Absolutely. ParichuteDonate provides a real-time analytics dashboard where you can track donor contributions, campaign progress, recipient lists, and email engagement.

Because funds flow directly into your organization’s Stripe or PayPal account, payouts follow the standard payout schedule for your chosen payment processor. Stripe payouts typically take 1–3 business days and are deposited directly into your bank account. Stripe also allows you to choose a payout schedule that best fits your accounting process, including daily, weekly, monthly, or manual payouts. For PayPal, your organization will manage deposits directly through your PayPal account rather than through Parichute. Please note that ACH donations and transfers may take longer to process than other payment methods.

You have full visibility into your donor data and campaign performance, including total donations, recurring contributions, individual donor history, campaign performance and statistics, referring and landing URLs, and email open and click-through rates. You can also download CSV reports and, where available, use CRM integrations to transfer donor data directly into supported third-party systems. Please note, your donor data belongs to you. Parichute does not use, sell, rent, or share your donor data with anyone, ever. Your organization retains full ownership and control of its donor data.
